“The Centre of the Certification and Certified Testing of Gas Equiment” (ANO “Gazcert”) is an autonomous non-commercial organization and one of the most competent of that profile of activity in the CIS.
In 1999 ANO “Gazcert” was set up on the basis of the state-owned gas equipment testing centre (ĂČÖ ĂŔ), established according to the order of the Ministry of Gas Industry of the USSR in 1974, as the first Testing Centre in the System of State Testing.
The founder of ANO “Gazcert” is OAO “Gazmash”.
ANO “Gazcert” is accredited as a technically competent and independent testing centre in the System of GOST R (the accreditation certificate ĐÎÎŃ RU.0001.21 ĚĂ02) and in the field of fire safety (the accreditation certificate ŃŃĎÁ.RU.ČÍ.049).
The organisation carries out certification, acceptance, periodical, type, environmental as well as reliability tests of the equipment burning solid, liquid and gaseous fuel. Being in the possession of the unique environmental testing device PL-4SP of the Japanese firm “TABAI” (testing temperature from -400C up to +1000C, humidity up to 100%), ANO “Gazcert” is able to provide environmental testing of multi-purpose equipment and materials.
It renders a methodical assistance to the developers and manufacturers of fuel-using equipment, develops and examines any types of specification documents, develops GOST R in the frame of The National Standardisation Programme in compliance with the federal law of “Technical Regulations”.
The audit of the testing centre carried out by the Centre of Gas Technologies of the Netherlands within the framework of TASIS Programme confirmed its high competence.
ANO “Gazcert” clients are Russian leading manufacturers and foreign firms.
